Wynne Comer is the Chief Operating Officer and has nearly thirty years of experience in the structured credit markets.
Prior to AGL, from 2007 to 2019, Comer served as Global Head of the CLO Primary business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she led a team in New York and London to originate, structure, market and syndicate CLOs and other securitized credit products. The team distributed the products to a diverse range of institutional investors in the U.S., Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007, Comer spent 14 years at Citigroup in a wide range of roles, including Global Structured Products, Global Structured Bonds and Public Finance. Comer started her career in Tokyo with three years as an analyst in the International Project Finance Group at Sanwa Bank, the predecessor firm of Mitsubishi UFJ.
Comer has a BA in Economics from Cornell University and a MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. She was recently a Board Member of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association and the President’s Council of Cornell Women.
Ms. Kollmorgen is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager responsible for managing the investments in Collateralized Loan Obligation (“CLO”) tranches issued by third-party managers. She has more than 20 years of fixed income experience that includes originating, structuring, sourcing, investing and trading US and European products for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, HSH Nordbank in Hamburg, and BNP Paribas in London. Ms. Kollmorgen holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA from the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA, cum laude, from Wellesley College. She is a CFA charterholder and holds series 7 and 63 licenses.
Lauren Basmadjian is a Managing Director, Co-Head of Liquid Credit and Head of US Loans & Structured Credit within Carlyle’s Global Credit platform. She is based in New York and sits on the Investment Committees for all of Carlyle's US Loan and CLO investing activities.
Ms. Basmadjian joined the Carlyle Group in 2020 after 19 years at Octagon Credit Investors, where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee. Prior to becoming a Portfolio Manager, Ms. Basmadjian managed Octagon's workout efforts and also oversaw the leisure & entertainment, retail, consumer products, business services, food & beverage and technology industries. Before joining Octagon, Ms. Basmadjian worked in the Acquisition Finance Group at Chase Securities, Inc.
She graduated Cum Laude from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
